We started Baywest Projects in 2004 and have built our business based on Hard Work and Customer Service. Our strong ‘hands on” approach to operations has driven success.
Today, we operate in Regina, Saskatoon, Red Deer, Calgary and Edmonton. Our goal is to continue to work hard and support our Builder Group. Baywest is proud to be the premier supplier of Envelopesealant & Baywest STM (Sill Trough Membrane).
Customer Service is everything, we work “hand in hand” with our Builders. We will continue to innovate and improve our business, so we can continue to drive prosperity and growth in our markets.
Baywest supplies and installs all of their products with its own employees that are certified installers.

Where we began
Our company commenced operations in November 2004, installing Envelope sealant to a limited number of builders in central and northern Alberta. Flash forward to present day, Baywest Projects has expanded to encompass 5 major Prairie centers, Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Regina and Saskatoon.
Our client base has grown substantially to include many of the top builders, including the Qualico Group, Daytona Homes, Homes by Avi, Hopewell Residential, Brookfield Residential, Carrington Construction, Bedrock Homes, Morrison Homes, Excel Homes, Genisis Builders Group, Cedarglen Homes, Homes by Dream, Gilroy Homes and many others.
